As one of the core business segments of Yupei International Holdings at present, the asset management business starts with a strategic focus on asset-light operations. It manages property assets through their entire lifecycle to empower and create value for the assets, thereby maximizing shareholder interests. It encompasses the entire process from the initial selection of investment targets, project financing, development and construction, to post-investment leasing management, property management, budget management, and the tracking and evaluation of performance, forming a complete lifecycle closed loop of 'Investment - Financing - Construction - Management - Exit' for property assets.

Up to now, Yupei International Holdings has an asset management scale of approximately 10 billion yuan, with a total construction area of about 1.2 million square meters. The asset portfolio covers key logistics hub cities such as the Yangtze River Delta, the Jing-Jin-Ji region, and the Greater Bay Area. The main projects under development and management include Changshu Tengda, Jinan Cuizhai, Wuhan East Lake, Shijiazhuang Gaocheng, and Zhangzhou projects, among others. The main post-investment management projects encompass Shanghai Taopu, Kunshan Bacheng, Nanjing Jiangning, Tianjin Xiqing, and Huizhou Boluo projects, among others.
